Content:
The content of the courses is: |
- Psychological dimension: human relations and communication, listening, values clarification (first two weeks )
- Spiritual dimension: spirit and spirituality, spiritual pain and spiritual
care (third, fourth and fifth week)
- Philosophical dimension: the human condition, the meaning of life, suffering and death (sixth week)
- Theological religious dimension: religion, belief, God, worship, sin, redemption,
resurrection (seventh week)
- Integration of the psychological, philosophical, and theological dimensions
(eighth week)

Structure:
The structure of the courses is as follows: |
Degree course:
- Field work:
6 ~ 8 weeks (minimum 30 days) at a hospital. Periods available at
present are one week (five days) and two weeks (ten days).
- Verbatim:
12 verbatim during the training course and 18 after the training course
- Reading:
eight book reports
- Supervision:
weekly personal supervision during the course, twice group supervision
and personal supervision once a month for at least half a year after the
course
- Philosophical-Theological studies:
minimum of 120 hours completed. Pastoral experience for three years minimum
*** The field work has to be completed within three years, the philosophical-theological
studies have to be completed within three years. Pastoral experience either
before or after enrollment.

- Field work:
Two weeks (minimum 10 days) at a hospital. Periods available at
present are one week (five days) and two weeks (ten days).
- Verbatim:
4 verbatim during the training course and 16 after the training
course
- Reading:
six book reports
- Supervision:
weekly personal supervision during the course and once a month for
at least half a year after the course
- Philosophical-Theological studies:
a minimum of 20 hours completed
*** The field work has to be completed within two years, the philosophical-theological
studies have to be completed within three years. |
